Some people may just be disgusted at that sort of extravagance but it would be amazing, if only for a day to be in that sort of luxury with people to wait on you and cook for you and take you anywhere you wanted. Puerto Calero is also handily located for Lanzarote´s unique wine growing region which is a real eye opener.  As all of the vines here are grown in swathes of black volcanic chippings called picon and look nothing like wine fields in say France or Italy.  There are plenty of bodegas here to explore also offering free or cheap samples of their wine as well as gift packs to take back with you as souvenirs.
